Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ICO / Flushing port operations
  • Optimize sales and logistics systems
  • Manage supplier KPIs
  • Oversee Swiss logistics operations and liaise with local Swiss logistics personnel


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in automotive logistics, finished vehicle logistics, supply chain, or related operations.
  • Experience in automotive OEM, importer, or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Experience with vehicle quality inspection, transport damage handling, or claims management is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics-related systems.


Language Requirements

  • English is mandatory.
  • Dutch, French, and/or Chinese are considered strong advantages.
