Shipping Coordinator

Position Summary:

Responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling, packaging, and processing orders for shipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operates warehouse material handling equipment.
• Prepares finished products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and product type are packaged.
• Label every product accurately and place it in the designated areas.
• Clean items thoroughly in a clean room before shipment to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Pack products securely in cardboard boxes, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
• Prepare pallets for shipment, ensuring they are stable and properly packed.
• Completes and maintains records and documentation.
• Comply with all warehouse safety rules, guidelines, and Company Quality Control Systems and ensure zero shipping errors.
• Must be able to move and/or lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Works overtime as required.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years in a similar area.
• Basic Computer skills, Microsoft office suite (basic knowledge).
• A valid driver's License.
