• Safely move trailers to and from dock doors for loading and unloading
• Operate a yard tractor and hydraulic fifth wheel equipment
• Inspect trailers to ensure they are clean and ready for loading
• Hook and unhook trailers as needed throughout the shift
• Communicate trailer movements and yard activity with shipping and operations teams
• Report equipment issues and follow all company safety procedures

• Valid Class A CDL
• Ability to repeatedly climb in and out of equipment throughout the shift
• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
