Premium Pay: Double Time on Sundays and Holidays
Pay Progression
- $26.61/hour after probationary period (400 hours)
- $28.92/hour after one year
- Work 3-4 shifts, followed by scheduled days off (1, 3 or 7)
- Option B: Monday-Friday, 8-hour swing shift
What You'll Do
- Support machine operators with production setup, roll changes, packaging, and labeling.
- Supply machines with raw materials and packaging supplies.
- Perform quality checks and monitor products to ensure specifications are met.
- Move materials, finished goods, scrap, and recycled materials throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills for production documentation and inventory transactions.
- Ability to obtain mobile equipment certification.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and reliable attendance.
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience.
- Forklift or other material handling equipment experience.
- Experience working with inventory systems and production documentation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift materials.
- Ability to safely work around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to perform physical work in a manufacturing environment.
