Job Overview

Die Position ist verantwortlich für Import- und Exportaktivitäten, sorgt für den korrekten Dokumentenfluss, die Einhaltung der Zollvorschriften und die rechtzeitige Warenbewegung. Die Rolle arbeitet mit Lieferanten, Kunden, Spediteuren und internen Abteilungen (Lager, Finanzen und Projektmanagement) zusammen.

The position is responsible for import and export activities, ensuring the correct flow of documents, compliance with customs regulations and the timely movement of goods. The role works with suppliers, customers, carriers, and internal departments (warehouse, finance, and project management).

Job Responsibilities

• Erstellung von Transportaufträgen im internationalen Warenverkehr (Import & Export)

• Erstellung von Versandrechnungen und Lieferscheinen

• Erstellung von Carnets und Ursprungszeugnissen

• Prüfung von Zolldokumenten (ATC Belege; Ausfuhrerklärungen; PV Scheine; etc.)

• Abbildung von Warenbewegungen im internen ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)

• Überwachung von Lieferfristen

• Preparation of transport orders in international goods traffic (import & export)

• Creation of shipping invoices and delivery notes

• Preparation of carnets and certificates of origin

• Verification of customs documents (ATC receipts; Export declarations; PV certificates; etc.)

• Mapping of goods movements in the internal ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)

• Monitoring of delivery deadlines

Required Skills / Knowledge

• Kenntnisse im Bereich Zollwesen, Lieferbedingungen, Aus- und Einfuhrkontrolle und Tarifierung

• Kenntnisse diverser Verkehrswege (Land-, See- und Luftverkehr)

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Knowledge of customs, delivery conditions, export and import control and tariff classification

• Knowledge of various transport routes (land, sea and air transport)

• Fluent spoken and written German

• Good written and spoken English skills

Experience

Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich ADR, Cross Trading, passive Veredelung und Supply Chain Management

Initial experience in the field of ADR, cross trading, outward processing and supply chain management

Education Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur/zum Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Speditions- und Logistikdienstleistungen oder mehrjährige Erfahrungen in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsumfeld.

Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, or several years of experience in a comparable role
