3rd shift Loader

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused 3rd shift Material Loader to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately loading customer orders onto trucks, verifying materials, and completing shipping documentation. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, follows safety procedures, and is committed to delivering quality work.

Responsibilities

• Load materials onto delivery trucks in the correct route-specific order.
• Pull, stage, and verify materials for shipment.
• Ensure all materials are properly tagged and loaded accurately.
• Complete bills of lading and shipping paperwork accurately.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely and efficiently.
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers when needed.
• Assist with inventory movement and other warehouse duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift and overhead crane certification preferred (or willingness to become certified).
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Basic product and warehouse knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
