Shipping & Crating Technician, Day - 1st Shift
Indexed description
Conveyor Concepts (CCMich) is an engineer-driven manufacturing company that designs and builds custom material-handling systems. Our shipping work supports one-of-a-kind equipment—not boxed inventory or pre-packaged products.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work, building and securing large shipments, and working in a manufacturing environment where no two shipments look exactly the same.
Important to Know Before Applying
This is not a traditional warehouse, pick/pack, or scanning role.
If your experience is primarily pulling items from shelves, scanning barcodes, and placing products into boxes, this position will not be a good fit.
Our Shipping & Crating Technicians:
Build custom wooden skids and crates from scratch
Measure, support, and secure large, fabricated steel and conveyor components
Use judgment and problem-solving—not a scanner or packing list—to prepare shipments safely
