Role Description the Marine Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of assigned vessels. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring vessel performance, coordinating maintenance and repair activities, and ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The role involves supervising shipboard staff, reviewing operational reports, and supporting captains and officers in resolving operational issues. The position also includes continuous improvement of procedures, participation in incident investigations, and providing guidance to ensure high standards of marine operations and ship management are maintained.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have sailed as a Captain on Container for atleast more than 1 year.
• Candidates should have shore-based experience of one plus years in the same role as applied.
