The Role
The role of the Warehouse Coordinator is to ensure that Warehouse Day to day functions are carried out efficiently and effectively at our Mount Isa Acid Plant.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Company HSE Performance Standards, as well as applicable acts and regulations, including Dangerous goods storage and transportation.
- Receipt and issue of materials
- Action all discrepancies identified in the inventory, including damaged items etc
- Safe and effective storage of materials.
- Delivery of goods to customer drop off points.
- Ensure that Dangerous Goods are effectively receipted, stored and distributed in accordance with the relevant Dangerous Goods Code and legislation.
- You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture
- Experience in Warehousing Operations in a Heavy Industry Environment
- Driver’s Licence (HR Preferred)
- Forklift Licence.
- Advanced Knowledge of Warehousing principles
- Strong computer literacy, including SAP experience
- Understanding of Hazardous Materials Management and Dangerous Goods Legislation
