What you'll do: Safely move trucks across our company site, including relocating trucks to and from the loading dock and parking areas. Load trucks with products, ensuring the truck is packed efficiently and on time. Safely secure products to minimize damage during transportation. Support needs on the dock by assisting in moving products as required. Load trucks with floral supplies, plants, and other products for timely shipping.

- When you'll work:* Sunday 3pm-EOD, Monday-Thursday 6pm-EOD(Sunday-Thursday Evenings) This is a full-time position.
**EOD is for “End of Day” (whenever the shift is completed)**
Sunday: 3:00PM-EOD
Monday:6:00PM-2AM
Tuesday:6:00PM-12AM
Wednesday:6:00PM-2AM
Thursday:6:00PM-2AM
Holiday schedule: November-May: Occasional Friday/Saturday required 2 weeks before each holiday. Thanksgiving/Christmas/Valentines Day/ Easter/ Mother's Day (10–12-hour days)

Monday: 6:00PM-5:00AM
Tuesday:6:00PM-5:00AM
Wednesday:6:00PM-5:00AM
Thursday:6:00PM-5:00AM
Pay Range: $19/hr-$23/hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Order Fulfillment using pick tickets Order Fulfillment VMI, boxed, cart, fixtures and supplies.
- Prepare orders for shipment by packaging products appropriately.
- Follow standard work for all processes to ensure accurate counts and products for all deliveries
- Truck inspection
- Fleet Fueling
- Loading and unloading carts from our fleet, Consolidate carts
- Load trucks with pallets and carts filled with product
- Light maintenance of vehicles
- Ability to perform various physical tasks (i.e. bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, etc.) and ability to work in hot and cold environments. Work will be performed between Greenhouses (85 degrees) and our warehouses (40–50-degree room).
- Must be able to obtain a Medical DOT certification
- Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Bilingual Preferred (English & Spanish)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
