Logistics Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Logistics booking & pickup arrangement: submit trucking requests, confirm pickup dates, track factory vehicle access and carrier transit info, and complete urgent system submissions on the same day.
2. Export documentation: prepare and review invoices, packing lists, BOMs, Spanish CCP, BOL, and railway documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
3. Customs clearance & compliance: send documents to Mexico/US customs brokers, review customs declarations, track DODA transit docs, prepare USMCA Certificate of Origin, and assist with import clearance.
4. Logistics coordination & communication: coordinate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve issues, support sales teams in monitoring logistics milestones, and communicate daily with foreign forwarders and clients.

Qualifications:

1. 2–3 years of local Mexico experience in documentation, shipping, or customs.
2. Fluent Spanish (mandatory) and business-level English (written and spoken).
3. Proficient in Excel/Word and able to write professional business emails in English.
4. Detail-oriented, responsible, self-motivated, and strong cross-departmental communication and problem-solving skills.
