Crane Wash Bay

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Wash Bay Technician to join our team. As a Wash Bay Technician specializing in crane and rigging equipment, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our fleet to ensure optimal performance and longevity. This position requires attention to detail, technical knowledge, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain crane and rigging equipment in the wash bay area, including but not limited to cranes, hoists, slings, and shackles.
• Must like heights, be able to squat, lift 50 lbs plus.
• Inspect equipment for signs of wear, damage, or corrosion, and report any issues to the manager for repair or replacement.
• Use specialized cleaning equipment and products to remove dirt, grease, and other contaminants from equipment surfaces.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries in the wash bay area.
• Keep the wash bay area clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in equipment maintenance, wash bay operations, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of crane and rigging equipment and components is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues with equipment.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.
