Wieland is hiring a International Logistic Coordinator . The International Logistic Coordinator r esponsibilities and duties include overseeing the shipment of products, ensuring documentation is accurate, managing customs requirements, and communicating with clients and customers regarding deliveries and timelines . This role is located in Delaware, OH and will be fully on-site.

Responsibilities

International Logistic Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Schedule trucks shipments both domestic and international
• Schedule parts and service orders
• Ensure timely schedules for client orders
• Review customer purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Track and fix shipping errors
• Prepare bills and invoices
• Back-up our Scheduling/Planning department as needed with work orders
• Meet and greet customers and visitors
• All other duties assigned

International Logistic Coordinator Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
• Experience with import/export documentation strongly preferred.
• Computer and keyboard knowledge ability to use database and email
• Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions
• Ability to follow and communicate with excellent verbal & written instructions
• Ability to make decisions based on deadlines and customer requirements
• Ability to work as a team to meet customer demands based on inventory controls
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to reliability and consistency
• Frequent standing, stooping, and bending
• Occasional carrying and lifting not to exceed 40 lbs.
