Contract Management Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
The SCM TCM function is responsible for contract and rate management, ensuring accurate pricing setup, contract execution, billing readiness, and downstream operational integrity across systems (e.g., Athena, FACT, SCP).
- Contract & Rate Management
- Manage contract lifecycle including rate filing, amendments, renewals
- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely rate setup in systems (Athena / FACT )
- System Execution & Data Management
- Convert and upload rate cards into system platforms with high data accuracy
- Ensure correct pricing logic, charge mapping, and compliance with system requirements
- Billing & Financial Operations Enablement
- Enable accurate billing and invoicing through correct rate setup
- Support dispute resolution, collections, and financial accuracy (P&L impact) link to rate filing issues
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate across Sales, CX, PM,FINOPS,Product and Operations to ensure data completeness and alignment
- Follow up on missing inputs, contract clarifications, and dependencies.
- Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 2 and above years relevant experience in shipping, logistics, forwarding, supply chain operations shipping/forwarding/supply chain industries.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good to have Data Analysis Skills
- MS Office Proficient
- Above-average stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work on dayshift schedule, site based working arrangement.
