Operational Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Logistics Operation Specialist to join our team at SF Express. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in logistics and express delivery, with experience in

e-commerce logistics.

As a Logistics Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the daily logistics

operations, coordinating with various internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring on-

time delivery of goods to customers. You will also be responsible for managing inventory,

tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and

local language, with knowledge of other languages such as Chinese being a plus.

Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and have a

strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

⚫ Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, ensuring on-time delivery of goods to

customers

⚫ Work with internal teams and external vendors to manage inventory, track shipments,

and resolve any issues that may arise

⚫ Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics operations

⚫ Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as

necessary

⚫ Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipment tracking

⚫ Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies related to logistics and

delivery

⚫ Communicate effectively with customers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner

Use Microsoft Office programs to create reports, analyze data, and manage logistics

operations

Qualifications:

⚫ Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

⚫ Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in the express

delivery or e-commerce industry

⚫ Fluency in Chinese is must，and English/Germany is plus

⚫ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

⚫ Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

⚫ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

⚫ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

⚫ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once

⚫ Familiarity with logistics software and tracking tools is a plus
