Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Communicate with the freight forwarder and prepare for Air/Ocean Freight schedule
- Determine if genset attachment is necessary for RF containers
- Perform the regular RFPs for drayage service
- Manage and update Unloading Priority List
- Communicate with truckers, warehouse, and 3rd Party warehouse
- Follow up FDA release and return the empty containers.
- Track all inbound container movement
- Prepare for the payment of AR/AP, and claim report
- Analyze Demurrage & Detention fee and report to the upper management
- Monthly Ocean Freight List
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
- Proficiency in accurately entering and managing data and maintaining organized records
- In-depth knowledge of logistics, operations, food regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
- 3+ year work experience preferred in
- Operation/Distributions/logistics/transportation industry, and RFP experience will be plus

Salary Range: $58,800 ~ $112,400
