Job description:

Purpose of the Job

To play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of courier import operations. With a focus on compliance, customer service, and shipment tracking, this role supports the efficiency and reliability of our express services based in Poyle (Slough). 

The shift pattern for this role: 

Monday – 05.00 am to 01.30 pm

Tuesday – Day off

Wednesday - Day off

Thursday - 05.00 am to 01.30 pm

Friday - 05.00 am to 01.30 pm

Saturday - 05.00 am to 01.30 pm

Sunday - 05.00 am to 01.30 pm

Job Description

• Compliance with the clearance of courier imports
• Handle customer calls and deal with customer queries
• Track and Trace of inbound shipments
• Freedom shipments
• Resolve Station problem queues
• Clear outstanding shipments 

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

• Have an understanding of import clearances 
• Has an understanding of customer services 
• Proficiency in Descartes E-Customs and CNS required
• Proficiency in Excel and Word 
• An understanding of geographical locations
