As an Equipment Supply Leader within our Supply Chain organization, you will act as a bridge-builder across engineering, operations, suppliers, customers, and project delivery teams. In this global role, you will help transform manufacturing excellence into customer value by coordinating equipment projects from Kick Off Meeting through Factory Acceptance Test and final delivery activities. Working in an agile and collaborative environment, you will contribute to an innovation journey focused on performance, sustainability awareness, and continuous improvement. The position supports international activities and includes short-term business travel.

Your Mission

  • Lead equipment projects from Kick Off Meeting (KOM) to Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and shipment follow-up activities
  • Organize and drive equipment KOM, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and delivery milestones
  • Conduct and lead risk assessments while monitoring project costs, timing, and execution performance
  • Secure runoff activities, internal qualifications, and readiness for customer acceptance phases
  • Coordinate Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and FAT activities with customers, supporting a customer-centric approach and strong communication
  • Follow shipment, installation, and site activities in close collaboration with global teams and partners

Your Profile

  • University degree preferred in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CAD/AutoCAD knowledge is considered a plus
  • Understanding of beverage line layouts, conveying systems, industrial systems, and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to read mechanical and assembly drawings and work confidently with engineering terminology
  • Growth mindset, resilience, teamwork orientation, and willingness to travel globally for short-term assignments
