About the Role

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is looking for a Logistics Process Owner to drive continuous improvement across material flow and supply chain operations. In this role, you will take ownership of logistics processes, ensuring materials move efficiently, reliably, and compliantly throughout the organization.

You will work closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, and Warehouse Operations to identify optimization opportunities, improve performance, and implement sustainable process improvements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize end-to-end material flow and logistics processes.
  • Analyze operational performance and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and service levels.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and operating procedures.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and operational excellence.
  • Support the implementation of new systems, technologies, and automation solutions.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure processes remain compliant with applicable quality and regulatory standards.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for logistics and material supply processes.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, process improvement, or operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with process mapping, optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and influence change across multiple functions.
  • Experience working with ERP, SAP, WMS, or related systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated industries.
  • Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence certification.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.
  • Dutch language skills are considered an advantage.
