Export & Import logistics operator

A global freight forwarding company which was established as Korchina Logistics in 1994 with HQ in Hong Kong, we've re-branded ourselves into KC International Logistics in 2022.

Over 30 years we've been serving as the prime quality freight forwarder together with around 50 branch offices, plus global network all over the world.

Role Description

As an Operator, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to the export or import shipping process, such as;

• Coordinate with stakeholders incl. customers, container carriers, airliners, forwarding partners, and the outsourcing partners such as trucking & warehouse companies, and Customs broker.
• Optimize shipping methods and offer the best solutions to customers.
• Manage export & import documentation, incl. Customs clearance formality.
• Process shipments within the system
• Provide price quotations, and track & trace results to customers.

Requirements

• Dutch work permit
• A motivated, enthusiastic, and committed work attitude
• 5 days full-time + paid overtime if needed
• Basic proficiency in Micrisoft office tools, such as excel
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with customers
• Any experience in freight forwarding would be highly appreciated
• Driver's license
