Hiring: Junior/Mid-Level Terminal Operations Manager | Leipzig
Join a growing international logistics company specialising in finished vehicle logistics as it expands its European operations.
🚛 What you'll be doing:
- Managing a busy terminal with around 50 truck movements per day
- Leading a team of 5–10 operational staff
- Overseeing truck operations, safety, site security and landlord relationships
- Supporting operational improvements, cost reduction and IT/process development
- Building a clear path towards General Management
✅ We're looking for:
- Fluent German and English
- Experience in logistics, transport or terminal operations
- A proactive, hands-on leader with strong organisational skills
💰 Package:
- €45-55k base salary
- Company car, phone and laptop
