Responsibilities

Accompanying the delivery of goods to our customers instructed warehouse within Nigeria.

Managing updating and monitoring open orders spreadsheet

Maintaining a record of all communication with Original Equipment Manufacturer and customer in respect of all orders

Generate reports on Purchase order progress, completion dates and production challenges

Provide weekly update to our customers in relation to their orders and estimated delivery dates.

Track orders from placement through delivery.

Inspect orders upon arrival to ensure the correct quantity and product are supplied.

Updating goods inventory record.

Prepare Request for Quotes.

Any other reasonable tasks as directed by the office managers

Requirements

HND / BSc in Logistics or related field.

3+ years of work experience in logistics, supply chain management or transportation.

Willingness to travel.

Must be articulate, and have good writing skills

Able to work from home up to 5 nights a week during deliveries

Knowledge of expediting and logistics is essential.

Excellent communication skills.

Good time-management skills and excellent leadership skills.
