Reports to: Cooler Supervisor

Start Time: 4am

Job Tasks: Receive carcass on rail and stack according to supervisor/lead person's instructions. Pack carcasses tightly to fit as many carcasses as possible on rail, Use appropriate tools and cleaning equipment to effectively clean and maintain cooler floor.

Work Environment:Must be able to work in Cold/ Damp environment. Use of PPE, including gloves, safety glasses and non-slip footwear. Exposure to cleaning, must have ability to push or pull over 75lbs
