Logistics Operator

We are seeking an experienced Intralogistics Operator to support the efficient flow of materials across goods receiving, warehousing, material supply, picking, and packaging activities. You will work closely with Production, Planning, and Procurement teams while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials following FIFO principles.
• Perform goods receipt transactions and inventory movements in SAP MM/WM or a similar ERP system.
• Execute warehousing, picking, kitting, stock transfers, and material supply activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to production and shipping.
• Package medical device products and accessories according to work instructions.
• Participate in inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and 5S standards.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Apprenticeship or vocational training in Logistics, Warehousing, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in goods receiving, warehousing, and inventory management.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP MM/WM.
• Valid forklift licence (minimum Category S2).
• Good German language skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and FIFO principles.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Nice to Have

• English language skills.
• Experience in a Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Lean and 5S knowledge.
