How You’ll Make An Impact
- Execute day-to-to day inbound transport and logistics activities according to TT&L CoE global standards, processes and instruction;
- Support the timely and correct delivery of inbound materials to production, following defined schedules and priorities;
- Create, execute, and maintain inbound shipments in SAP Transport Management (SAP TM) in accordance with the designed system blueprint. Update shipment milestones, transport statuses, and execution data accurately and on time;
- Support data quality in SAP systems (SAP TM, GTS, IBD), including completeness and correctness of transport and shipment information;
- Act as operational contact for approved carriers and freight forwarders;
- Request and compare freight quotations where applicable, in line with existing contracts and instructions;
- Prepare and provide complete and correct documentation required for customs clearance and release of goods.;
- Track shipments and proactively follow up on delays, deviations, or issues;
- Support TT&L CoE initiatives related to process harmonization, system stabilization, and standardization. Suggest improvement opportunities related to inbound transport execution and administrative processes;
- Participate in local, regional, or global TT&L projects when required.
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Previous experience on similar position;
- Good level of written and verbal communication in English;
- Good knowledge in MS-Office products (Outlook and Excel);
- Experience with SAP will be consider as an advantage;
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
