Key Responsibilities
- Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on work orders.
- Prepare and move products for shipment using a forklift and overhead cranes
- Perform duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, banding, labeling operations, and sorting
- Prepares finished product for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow safety policies
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Experience with pneumatic and power tools is required
- Must have experience reading a measuring tape
- Perform basic visual quality inspections on products
- Utilize power tools and various equipment as needed to perform duties
- The employee is frequently required to talk, hear, and bend and twist neck.
- The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and rarely lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
- 1st Shift 6am - 2:30pm
- Monday - Friday
- Saturday when needed
- Non-Exempt
