Qualifications:

• Preferably Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• Having knowledge of logistics, transportation planning and supply chain processes is a strong asset.
• Experience in transportation planning, order management or material planning is preferred.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Minimum Upper-Intermediate level of English, both written and verbal, is a must.
• Very good command of MS Office applications (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP, TMS or planning systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritization skills.
• High customer focus with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work cooperatively as a team member with a collaborative mindset.
• Committed to Health & Safety, Quality and Compliance standards.
• Willing to work in a shift-based operation when required.

Job Description

• Follow daily open orders and ensure their smooth logistical execution.
• Manage 3PL providers and transportation suppliers according to customer requirements.
• Perform transportation planning activities including carrier selection, shipment booking and shipment follow-up.
• Monitor inbound shipments and ensure on-time delivery to support uninterrupted production.
• Make short-, medium- and long-term critical part analysis and proactively manage supply risks.
• Provide materials to production lines on time without causing production interruptions.
• Decide the most appropriate Mode of Transportation (MOT) by balancing service level and transportation cost.
• Optimize transportation routes and cross-docking operations to improve operational efficiency.
• Optimize inventory levels based on production requirements and material availability.
• Coordinate warehouse operations by ensuring inbound materials are directed to the appropriate warehouse locations.
• Manage material flow during contingency or emergency situations and create alternative logistics scenarios in line with JIT principles.
• Conduct risk assessments and root cause analyses for supply chain disruptions and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, customs brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Provide customs clearance and payment instructions in accordance with operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate logistics data and update planning systems on a daily basis.
• Support daily, weekly and monthly operational reports and KPI monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental and operational procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and cost optimization.
