Ocean Freight Export Operation Specialist

Your Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end seafreight export operations from order receipt to final invoicing,
- Ensure accurate and timely flow of documentation and shipment information,
- Coordinate with customers, customs brokers, shipping lines, and overseas agents,
- Monitor export shipments and ensure compliance with customs and international trade regulations,
- Prepare and review shipping instructions, confirm draft Bills of Lading, and ensure timely document release,
- Issue Bills of Lading and invoices after vessel departure and deliver them to customers,
- Coordinate with finance for account control, payment collection, and document release,
- Organize payment processes and ensure original documents are received and forwarded to relevant parties,
- Send pre-alerts and shipment details to overseas agents,
- Control costs, calculate profit margins, and manage invoicing processes in the system,
- Ensure accurate system entries (e.g., shipment data, costs) and support reporting processes,
- Maintain regular communication with customers, manage relationships, and support business development,
- Identify opportunities to expand business (e.g., shifting from FOB/EXW to CIF shipments),
- Evaluate suppliers, maintain relationships, and report on new supplier opportunities,
- Support sales teams with alternative solutions and service options,
- Review and approve invoices, coordinate with accounting, and ensure timely processing,
- Support documentation, archiving processes, and participate in team meetings,
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Maritime, International Trade, or a related field,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in seafreight export operations,
- Good knowledge of customs regulations and ocean freight processes,
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail,
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment,
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills,
- Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset,
- Valid driving license (Class B),
- For male candidates, military service is preferably completed,
