Job Description:

•Manage Ocean Export end-to-end operations.

•Planning, Booking, Transportation and Documentation of Ocean Export Shipments

•Coordination and follow up of the shipments end-to-end

•Customs Clearance coordination for Ocean Export shipments

•Transport Coordination for Ocean Export shipments

•Bill of Lading documentation

•Invoicing and Costing

•Updating to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (mail, phone, EDI)

•Operational troubleshooting

•Non-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI’s

•Adherence of approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed rates

•Closely coordinate with various stakeholders such as but not limited to PSA BDP external (Network offices, Agents, suppliers and Ports) and internal (Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Customs departments)

•Punctual and flawless shipment handling and documentation

Job Requirements

∙3 years of demonstrated experience of freight forwarding operations, regulations and documentation

∙A professional degree by a licensed educational institution

∙High standard of computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications.
