Essential Responsibilities
- Support and follow AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) processes.
- Manage Government Property in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Perform receiving inspection of materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
- Generate, maintain, and archive inspection checklists and quality documentation.
- Maintain instrument calibration inventory and ensure calibration records remain current.
- Coordinate calibration schedules with internal departments and external vendors.
- Manage preventive maintenance records, schedules, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate quality, calibration, and maintenance records for audit readiness.
- Support ERP implementation through data entry, process development, and system validation.
- Assist in establishing and improving quality, logistics, and inventory management processes.
- Ensure material traceability and documentation throughout the supply chain.
- Support inventory control, asset management, and government property accountability.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program management teams to meet customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, quality, property, or inventory management.
- Experience supporting AS9100 Quality Management Systems preferred.
- Experience within aerospace, defense, government, or military environments preferred.
- Knowledge of Government Property Management practices.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with receiving inspection and quality documentation.
- Experience maintaining calibration programs and preventive maintenance records.
- Experience supporting ERP implementation or ERP systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience cataloging parts and maintaining engineering documentation.
- Knowledge of Bills of Material (BOMs) and configuration management.
- Understanding of systems engineering and configuration analysis.
- Experience with property book accountability and asset tracking.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and audit preparation.
