Operations & Business Development Manager - FVL Nordics (m/f/d)

To strengthen our growing Nordic business, we are looking for a highly motivated Manager FVL Nordics who combines strong operational expertise, customer focus, and business development capabilities.
This position is situated in our Stockholm office. The contract is offered on a permanent full-time basis.
Please note that depending on your experience, qualifications and background, this position will be offered as either at a Manager or Specialist level.
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational contact for customers across the Nordic region. Build long-term, trust-based relationships and represent GLOVIS in customer meetings and operational reviews.
- Day-to-day coordination of Finished Vehicle Logistics operations, collaborating closely with customers, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution.
- Act as the main escalation point for operational issues, driving proactive communication and problem resolution to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Act as the central interface connecting the Nordic market, internal teams, Key Account Management, and GLOVIS Europe headquarters.
- Monitor market trends and customer requirements, identify opportunities for additional logistics services, and actively contribute to tender processes and regional growth initiatives.
- Prepare management presentations, performance reports, and data-driven insights. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational performance and workflows.
- University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in Automotive Logistics, Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL), Key Account Management, or related operational functions
- Strong understanding of logistics processes and customer requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English; additional Nordic language skills are considered an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives
- Commercial awareness and interest in future business development activities
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Nordic region and occasionally across Europe
