About Kirby South East Asia

Kirby South East Asia started its operation in 2008 with its 50,000 MT annual capacity plant in Vietnam. In its few years of operation Kirby SEA has designed and supplied various buildings in Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Australia, Bangladesh and Myanmar markets. Kirby South East Asia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kirby International.


Responsibilities

  • Receiving and checking finished goods from Production/ Subcontractors/ Warehouse.

Nhận và kiểm tra hàng thành phẩm từ Sản xuất/Nhà thầu phụ/Kho.

  • Maintaining receiving data reports.

Duy trì báo cáo dữ liệu tiếp nhận.

  • Update each loading report once finished loading process.

Cập nhật từng báo cáo sau khi quá trình đẩy công hoàn tất.

  • Check detail loading report versus BOM on each job.

Kiểm tra báo cáo chi tiết so với chi tiết của từng công việc.

  • Make sure the goods received are correct in quantity and quality.

Đảm bảo hàng hóa nhận được đúng về số lượng và chất lượng.

  • Ensure the Loading reports are correct with the actual loading in containers/trailers/trucks.

Đảm bảo báo cáo là chính xác với tải hàng thực tế trong container/rơ moóc/xe tải.

  • Ensure the working place is clean and ordered.

Đảm bảo nơi làm việc sạch sẽ và ngăn nắp

  • Other tasks are assigned by Company/BOD/BOM.
