1/ Key Responsibilities:

• Customs & Shipping Operations: Oversee and execute import-export customs documentation; coordinate domestic transport across various modes (Air, Sea, Road, Overland).
• Billing & Finance: Handle daily billing processes, including managing, canceling, or adjusting invoices in strict compliance with current tax Circulars and Decrees.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate monthly operational and financial reports for management.
• Problem Solving & Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact for customers and service providers; independently handle issues arising under high-pressure situations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Process Improvement: Proactively propose initiatives to boost customer satisfaction and optimize operational workflows.
• Team Collaboration: Maintain a productive, collaborative team environment and support team members when needed.
• Flexibility: Willing to work overtime or handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager to ensure uninterrupted service.

• Domain Expertise: Solid foundational knowledge of import-export operations, customs regulations, and basic tax principles.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Advanced Excel for data handling), PDF tools, and relevant logistics software.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and service providers.
• Attributes: Highly careful, honest, resilient, and deeply responsible; able to work independently under tight deadlines.
