About Kirby South East Asia

Kirby South East Asia started its operation in 2008 with its 50,000 MT annual capacity plant in Vietnam. In its few years of operation Kirby SEA has designed and supplied various buildings in Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Australia, Bangladesh and Myanmar markets. Kirby South East Asia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kirby International.

Responsibilities

• Control BOM for every project on receipt/ issue, packing list and customs preparation

Kiểm soát BOM cho mọi dự án về việc nhận/phát hành, danh sách đóng gói và chuẩn bị thủ tục hải quan

• Data on import for export materials liquidation

Số liệu thanh lý vật tư nhập khẩu xuất khẩu

• Follow and work with customs on import duty refunding

Theo dõi và làm việc với cơ quan hải quan về việc hoàn thuế nhập khẩu

• Works with authorities for shipping documentation: all types of C/Os

Làm việc với các cơ quan chức năng để xin giấy tờ vận chuyển: tất cả các loại C/O

• IMC data checking for each job

Kiểm tra dữ liệu IMC cho từng công việc

• Prepare and file documents

Chuẩn bị và lưu trữ hồ sơ

• Contact with customers and other departments

Liên hệ với khách hàng và các phòng ban khác

• Booking for transportation: local and export

Đặt chỗ vận chuyển: nội địa và xuất khẩu

• Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly reports

Báo cáo hàng ngày/hàng tuần/hàng tháng

• Other relevant tasks are assigned by Company/BOD/BOM.

Các nhiệm vụ liên quan khác được giao bởi Công ty/Ban Quản Lý/Lãnh Đạo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Import Export preferred.

Bằng cử nhân, ưu tiên chuyên ngành Xuất nhập khẩu.

• 3 years in import – export

3 năm kinh nghiệm trong xuất nhập khẩu

• Behavioral and technical skills
