Transport Coordinator

Location: Nhat Tin Warehouse, Di An, Binh Duong (No shuttle bus service)

Job Description:

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, SOPs, and site procedures. Conduct safety checks and escalate exceptions as needed.
• Allocate trucks, ensure on-time and in-full deliveries, monitor vendor performance, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Track delivery status, manage transportation documentation, report incidents, and support daily transport operations.
• Collaborate on root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Foster a professional service culture, support compliance initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• College or University Degree
• 1-3 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation or Operations
• Good English communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Able to work independently and collaborate with teams
