物流专员

工作职责:

• Logistics planning 物流规划

－Lead of plant logistics planning, include warehouse & function area layout, supermarket shelf concept and other logistics equipments selection and planning. 主导工厂物流规划，包括仓库布局与功能区规划、货架改造及物流设备选型与数量核算；

－Creation of material flow chart, include Kanban system / material flow; 设计车间物料流，涵盖看板系统、物料流动路径，确保高效运作；

• Coordinate the establish of SAP WM / MM / PP model. 协调搭建SAP WM / MM /PP 模块；
• Support related package concept release in new project. 支持开发新项目成品包装及工厂内部周转包装；
• Logistics Operation 物流运营计划：
• Resp. for the creation of material demand plan, define accurate material purchasing volume base on production plan and storage, make sure production running smoothly without material shortage; 负责制定物料需求计划，结合生产计划/销售订单及库存数据，精准计算物料采购数量，保障生产连续性，避免物料呆滞或缺料；
• Monitor dynamic material storage level, regularly stock-taking, define safety stock standard. 监控物料库存水平，定期盘点库存与分析，制定合理的安全库存标准；
• Make periodic production plan, monitor actual daily production output; 制定周期性生产计划，实时监控生产计划的执行情况；
• Make finish goods delivery plan, monitor FG storage level, alert if exceed the safety stock standard. 为成品仓库制定发货计划, 监控成品的库存水平，如低于安全库存时及时报警。
• Forwarders, broker management 与货运代理、报关行合作；

任职条件:

Requirements

• Bachelor degree above and major in logistics related.
• 5 years above related working experiences in automotive industry.
• Basic English Skill in oral and writing skill.
• Good communication for cross departments.
• Good skill for SAP.
