Job Description

The Fulfillment Specialist is a key position in the field of logistics and e-commerce. This role involves managing the order fulfillment process, which includes receiving, processing, picking, packing, and shipping products to customers. Fulfillment Specialists ensure that orders are accurately and efficiently processed, meeting customer expectations and maintaining the smooth operation of the supply chain.

Job responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Oversee the selection and packing of products, verifying the correct items, and packaging them securely for shipment.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards before shipping, inspecting for damage or defects.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers or courier services
• Keep customers informed by providing tracking information and delivery updates.
• Manage the return process, inspect returned items, and process refunds or replacements as necessary.
• Maintain open and clear communication with customersProvides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.

Fulfillment Specialists play a vital role in ensuring that customers receive their orders accurately and on time, contributing to customer satisfaction and the success of e-commerce and retail businesses. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree
• Minimum 3 years work experience as Fulfillment Specialist.
• Prior experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics is beneficial, particularly if it involves e-commerce or retail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with our staff and faculty
• Ability to work effectively both on an individual basis and as part of a team
• Strong computer skills to maintain accurate and complete documentation
