General Requirements
- Cleaning of parts, hand sorting of parts, and packing of parts prior to shipment.
- Completion of all required quality inspection records.
- Material handling of parts and containers including loading and unloading of trucks.
- Completion of all required production reporting.
- Cooperation and collaboration with supporting departments.
- Must complete all required safety and hazardous waste training as well as comply with all Dalmar Hotel safety and hazardous waste handling procedures.
- Attend all Management meetings and training sessions, safety committee meetings, and all employee meetings as required by upper management
- Follow all IATF requirements including creating and maintaining IATF documents.
- Other responsibilities as assigned to meet the needs of the business.
- The above list of responsibilities describes normal work, but the Supervisor may assign this person to duties not listed when production requirements dictate or when there is not enough work in the regular classification to fill out the workday.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Good attendance and performance work history
- Motived selfstarter that can productively work alone and in teams/groups to solve problems and get work done.
- Must have proven leadership skills and an ability to work independently.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and verbal skills).
- Must have the ability and willingness to work overtime on an as needed/required basis in order to complete work in process and communicate with other shifts.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Exert physical effort in lifting/transporting at least 50 pounds without assistance; push/pull cart and other equipment up to 250 pounds; endure various physical movements throughout crowded work and event areas.
- Must be able to stand and exert wellpaced mobility for extended periods of time; constantly lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise move objects; extended periods of standing, reaching above head to move items, walking, stooping, and lifting.
