CS Manager (+10 years in FWD& Logistics only)

G.Pacific Logistics is an international logistics company providing Sea & Air Freight Forwarding, Inland Transportation, and Project Logistics services.

We are looking for an experienced CS Manager who can lead our CS team while taking ownership of key customer operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Sea & Air import/export shipments and Key Accounts
• Oversee the entire logistics process from booking to final delivery
• Negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, and other vendors
• Manage competitive pricing and quotations
• Assign CS team tasks, provide training, and manage KPI and performance
• Monitor work quality and coach/support team members when issues arise
• Respond quickly and make sound decisions in cases of delays, urgent shipments, incidents, or unexpected operational issues
• Work directly with the foreign Managing Director
• Manage existing customers and identify new business opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of CS experience in freight forwarding / international logistics
• CS Manager or team leadership experience preferred
• Strong network with shipping lines and trucking companies and/or strong pricing capability preferred
• Solid management skills in staff supervision, training, KPI, and performance management
• Ability to prioritize and resolve urgent operational issues quickly
• Fast, accurate, responsible, and highly organized
• Professional English is mandatory for direct communication with the foreign Managing Director
• Must be available to join immediately

Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive salary based on experience and capability
• Base salary: 35M VND + unlimited incentives based on KPI performance and new business development
• Additional incentive for new business personally generated
• No cap on incentives
