RMA Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic RMA Specialist to join our team!

The essence of the role: responsible for the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process, commercial logistics return of products/exchange to the customer in accordance with company policy, while coordinating and communicating with the customer and the various departments.

• Responsible the entire RMA lifecycle- from customer request to product delivery and return/exchange handling
• Prepare quotations and process purchase orders in the ERP system
• Coordinate between customers, logistics, sales, and production departments
• Track schedules, monitor risks, and proactively resolve delays
• Manage return budgets and monitor returned products in production
• Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and RMA cases
• Provide ongoing process updates and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Generate and analyze regular reports for management
• Monitor and follow up on tasks within the Quality department
• Assist in the preparation of activity summaries and performance reports
• Support ongoing improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to quality standards

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in international and domestic shipping/logistics
• Up to 2 years of experience in the RMA field – an advantage
• Technical background- previous experience in production and logistics environments is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (such as Priority, Salesforce)- an advantage
• Fluent English and Hebrew- excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
