דרוש/ה מחסנאי/ת טכני/ת בסביבת ייצור

התפקיד משלב אחריות על פעילות המחסן הטכני לצד תמיכה בתהליכי הייצור, כולל ניהול מלאי, קליטת רכיבים, הכנת קיטים לקווי הייצור ושמירה על זרימת חומרים מדויקת ויעילה.

תחומי אחריות:

* תפעול שוטף של המחסן הטכני וניהול פעילות המחסן.

* קליטת רכיבים וסחורה מספקים בארץ ובחו"ל, בדיקה ואחסון בהתאם לנהלים.

* ניהול תנועות מלאי במערכת ERP וביצוע ספירות מלאי תקופתיות.

* איתור ופתרון פערי מלאי.

* הכנת וניפוק קיטים עבור קווי הייצור בהתאם לתוכניות עבודה.

* תמיכה בפעילות הייצור, כולל הכנת חומרים, טיפול ברכיבים וביצוע משימות תפעוליות.

* אריזה ושילוח מוצרים סופיים ללקוחות בארץ ובחו"ל.

* עבודה מול חברות שילוח בינלאומיות כגון DHL, FedEx ו־UPS.

* שמירה על סדר, ארגון ודיוק במחסן ובמיקומי האחסון.

* עבודה מול ממשקים פנימיים כגון רכש, ייצור, הנדסה ותפעול.

דרישות התפקיד:

* ניסיון של 5 שנים ומעלה בתפעול מחסן טכני או בסביבת ייצור – יתרון משמעותי לניסיון בתעשיית האלקטרוניקה.

* ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות ERP PRIORITY - חובה

* היכרות עם רכיבים אלקטרוניים ויכולת זיהוי מארזים כגון SMT / SOT / SOP – יתרון משמעותי.

* הבנה בסיסית בעצי מוצר (BOM).

* אוריינטציה טכנית ונכונות לעבודה מעשית בסביבת ייצור.

* שליטה טובה מאוד ביישומי Microsoft Office.

* סדר וארגון ברמה גבוהה, דיוק, יכולת עבודה עצמאית והתמודדות עם עבודה תחת לחץ.

* עברית ואנגלית ברמה טובה.

We are looking for a Technical Warehouse & Production Operator to be responsible for daily warehouse operations while supporting production activities and ensuring accurate material flow. This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse responsibilities with production support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate the company’s technical warehouse on a day-to-day basis
• Receive components and goods from local and international suppliers
• Manage inventory in the ERP system and conduct periodic cycle counts
• Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Prepare and issue kits for production lines according to work plans
• Pack and ship finished products to customers in Israel and worldwide
• Work closely with international shipping providers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS
• Maintain warehouse organization, accuracy, and proper storage locations
• Collaborate with internal teams including Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Operations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical warehouse operations or manufacturing environment
• Full proficiency with the PRIORITY ERP system
• Familiarity with electronic components and ability to identify package types such as SMT / SOT / SOP — significant advantage
• Basic understanding of Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Technical orientation and willingness to perform hands-on production tasks
• Very good command of Microsoft Office applications
• Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform under pressure
• Good Hebrew and English skills
