Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Findlay Toyota Henderson is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team in Henderson, NV. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling all aspects of shipping and receiving operations to ensure smooth and accurate inventory management. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $19.00, paid semi-monthly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments in accordance with company standards
• Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving transactions
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of products
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with inventory control and stock organization
• Report any discrepancies or damages promptly to management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving or related warehouse role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills for record keeping and data entry
• Forklift experience preferred, will train if necessary
