Operations Specialist (m/f/d) Mandarin Speaker

J&T Express is continuing to expand its operations in Germany and is looking for an Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to join the team in Karlsfeld.

In this role, you will support daily operational activities, help improve logistics processes and work closely with local and international teams.

Your responsibilities

• Support and coordinate daily operational activities

• Help ensure smooth and efficient logistics processes

• Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement

• Support the optimisation of processes and workflows

• Coordinate operational topics with local and international stakeholders

• Support capacity, resource and workforce planning

• Track operational issues and assist with escalations

• Maintain operational data, reports and documentation

• Contribute to new projects and the further development of J&T Express in Germany

What you bring

• A degree, vocational qualification or relevant professional experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, transportation, e-commerce or a comparable field

• Initial experience in an operational or logistics environment

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• A proactive and hands-on working style

• Good communication skills and confidence working in an international environment

• Fluent English and Mandarin German skills are an advantage

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
