This is a Cactus International position, and is located in Suzhou, China.

Job Summary: Responsible for logistics operations, import/export customs compliance, logistics cost control, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient supply chain execution, regulatory compliance, and achievement of business objectives.

Essential Functions, Roles, and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

• Logistics Operations
• Manage daily logistics activities, including shipment planning, coordination, and delivery execution.
• Prepare and review shipping documents, ensuring timely and accurate submission to customers and service providers.
• Coordinate with logistics service providers to ensure timely and efficient shipment movement.
• Maintain shipping documentation and ERP transaction records.
• Customs & Trade Compliance
• Manage import/export customs declaration activities in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Administer trade-related documentation, including Certificates of Origin, export licenses, and other import/export certificates.
• Coordinate customs clearance and resolve import/export operational issues.
• Maintain HS classifications, I/E records.
• Support bonded handbook activities.
• Logistics Cost Projection, Control & Business Performance
• Monitor logistics expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support the achievement of operational and financial objectives through effective logistics and customs management.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Lead and support cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives and resolve operational issues.
• Other Responsibilities
• Any Other assignment required

Education, Training, Experience

• Degree Graduate, major in international trade or logistics.
• Minimum 5+ years of logistics and customs experience.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations

• CET-4 or above preferred

Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Customs Bonded Management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Efficient and effective communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork spirit.
• Ability to work under pressure.
