Principal Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end import and export operations, including trade documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with logistics service providers.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, export control requirements and internal compliance policies.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and relevant government authorities.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact, provide risk mitigation recommendations.
- Partner with logistics, procurement, finance, tax on trade-related topics
- Bachelor's degree in international trade, Logistics, Supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven experience in import/export operations and global trade compliance.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, incoterms, tariff classification, and export controls
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiar with SAP system, Hold customs declarant qualification certificate.
- At least 5 years of experience in dealing with import and export customs related issues for both manufacturing and trading companies.
