Responsibilities:

• Following the SOP of Ocean Freight
• Following the SOP’s of customers
• Booking with carriers, checking new bookings with oversea offices, contacting shippers for new orders
• Coordinating with carriers for the space, docs etc all issues
• Coordinating with the vendors for the export local handling
• Coordinating with warehouse for Consol box arrangement
• Checking customs declaration docs, arrange custom declaration, filling AMS and ISF
• Coordinating with destination offices for DDU, DDP shipments
• Billing , sending pre-alert and job closing
• Working with Coordinator ( documentation) for docs making , preparation, double checking, system data inputting
• Update and complete system
• Communicating with venders, carriers, oversea offices to complete the jobs
• Supporting Account Managers to provide various reports
• Providing costs for house customers
• Updating marketing information internally and informing customers.

Job Requirements

Academic Qualifications

• University Graduates, Preferably from Logistics
• At least 2 working experience in Ocean exporting and customer service

Experiences/Knowledge:

• Understanding of common INCOTERMS
• Familiar with Shipment Modes/Types
• Knowledge of Trade net Declaration for Import
• Good Microsoft Office Skills in Excel and Word
• Good Cantonese
• Knowledge of Shipping & Documentation including Proforma/Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bank Draft , COA, CO, Insurance Certificate etc
• Knowledge of Shanghai Customs, CIQ etc requirement for ocean exporting
• Knowledge of customs policy for different countries Performance of freight and related services
