Working hours: 14:00 - 22:00 PM CET + 1

Office based Skopje, Macedonia

Currently we are on the search for a full-time Carrier Sales Representative to join the team in our office in Skopje.

* IN - HOUSE training is provided

Key responsibilities:

• Book freight orders with carriers;
• Negotiate competitive freight rates with carriers;
• Identifying and selecting reputable and safe carriers for freight services;
• Coordinate and prepare carriers with all necessary load information;
• Tracking status of loads;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities;
• Updating customers on the status of shipments, and assisting with other inquiries.

Requirements:

• Must have Cold Calling sales experience;
• Logistics experience is preferred or a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent English speaking skills (writing, speaking, listening);
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills;
• Knowledge of Google Docs;
• Passionate about career growth and development.
