The company manages complex international supply chains and continues to strengthen its operations team.

🎯 Your role

As a Shipping Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end supply chain for international trading operations, ensuring smooth execution from sourcing to final delivery.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, logistics partners) in a dynamic and hands-on environment.

⚙️ Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations (import/export) across maritime (primary) and road transport
• Coordinate shipments (mainly containerised flows) and ensure timely delivery
• Handle freight negotiations with shipping companies and port agents
• Maintain and develop relationships with:
• Suppliers
• Clients
• Agents and logistics partners
• Ensure proper documentation and operational follow-up
• Contribute to the optimisation of supply chain processes

👤 Your profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in shipping / logistics, ideally within a commodity trading environment
• Proven experience in:
• Freight negotiation (shipping lines, agents, etc.)
• International transport operations (import/export)
• Strong exposure to maritime logistics (containers) is essential
• Comfortable working with international stakeholders
• Good command of Excel

🌍 Languages

• English: minimum C1 level (mandatory)
• Spanish and/or Italian are strong assets
