Job Description
The Senior Research Analyst (SRA) is responsible for end-to-end execution of innovation research projects for Reckitt across global markets. The role involves managing studies from initiation to delivery, analyzing data, developing actionable insights, creating client-ready reports, and partnering with stakeholders to support innovation decisions. In addition, the SRA plays a key role in reviewing team deliverables, ensuring quality standards, and coaching junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end innovation research projects across regions.
- Analyze data and translate findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Develop high-quality reports, presentations, and insight-based storytelling.
- Partner with Client Service and global stakeholders to understand objectives and address project needs.
- Review deliverables prepared by Research Associates and Analysts to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to client standards.
- Coach and support team members through feedback, training, and knowledge sharing.
- Manage project priorities, resolve issues, and drive operational excellence within the team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI adoption.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in market research, innovation research, or analytics.
- Strong analytical, storytelling, and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
