This is a 12 month FTC.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Specsavers' Supply Chain Finance team at the heart of a business that is changing lives through better sight and hearing. Working across Contact Lenses, Audiology and Accessories, you'll play a key role in helping shape commercial decisions that drive growth, profitability and value across the Group. If you're naturally curious, commercially minded and enjoy turning data into meaningful insights, this is a fantastic chance to make a real impact while building strong partnerships across a global organisation.

Supporting the Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll work closely with stakeholders across Product, Supply Chain and Finance to understand strategic priorities, identify opportunities and provide robust financial insight. From developing pricing strategies and building business cases to maintaining and enhancing financial models, you'll help influence key decisions by delivering accurate analysis, insightful reporting and a clear understanding of end-to-end value chain profitability. You'll also contribute to annual planning, budgeting and strategic projects, ensuring the business has the information it needs to make confident, commercially sound decisions.

We're looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and engaging way. You'll be confident building credible relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, balancing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines. Strong Excel skills are essential, alongside a genuine interest in financial analysis, business performance and continuous improvement. If you're currently studying towards, or interested in pursuing, an accounting qualification such as ACCA or CIMA, this role will provide excellent exposure and development opportunities.

In return, you'll join a collaborative and supportive team where your ideas and insights will be valued. Whether you're developing pricing models, analysing category performance, improving reporting processes or supporting strategic initiatives, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your commercial and financial expertise while influencing decisions on a global scale. Experience in financial modelling, working with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, and exposure to Power BI or data management would be advantageous, but most importantly, you'll bring a proactive mindset, strong relationship-building skills and a passion for helping the business achieve its ambitions.

This role closes on 19th August 2026. So don't delay your application, apply now - you'll be glad you did.
